What is iron-on vinyl? Iron-on vinyl, also known as heat transfer vinyl (HTV), is a type of vinyl with a heat activated adhesive. You simply cut out your design, hit it with a hot iron or heat press. It permanently adheres to the fabric.
HTV is available in many colors but most importantly TYPES. There is the traditional flat vinyl, which has numerous colors, but there are others which allow you to be more adventurous such as Puff, Glow in the Dark and Reflective HTV.
